These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase, possession, and use of products supplied by Iron Ore Peptides ("Iron Ore," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, completing checkout, or otherwise transacting with Iron Ore, you ("Buyer," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility & Legal Capacity

You affirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, are of sound mind, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. You further affirm that you are legally permitted, under the laws of your jurisdiction, to acquire, possess, and handle research compounds.

If you do not satisfy these requirements, you must not place an order with Iron Ore Peptides.

2. Research-Use-Only Designation

All compounds, kits, and accessories supplied by Iron Ore Peptides are sold and labeled strictly for laboratory research and analytical development purposes. They are not approved, designed, or authorized for human consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, diagnostic testing, therapeutic use, or veterinary use under any circumstances.

Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, blog posts, certificates of analysis, or correspondence with our team — constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for off-label use. Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent authority, and we make no claims regarding their safety or efficacy in any biological system.

3. Buyer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the lawful receipt, secure storage, and appropriate handling of every compound you order. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws governing the purchase, possession, transfer, and use of research chemicals.

You also acknowledge and assume all inherent risks associated with handling, storing, and working with peptides, related compounds, and laboratory consumables.

4. Product Disclaimers & Limited Warranty

Products are sold "as is" and "as available." Iron Ore warrants only that each lot meets the analytical specifications recorded on its accompanying Certificate of Analysis at the time of testing. We disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Shipping, Customs & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that every compound you order is legal to import into and possess within the destination jurisdiction. Iron Ore disclaims liability for shipments delayed, seized, returned, or destroyed by carriers, customs officials, or regulatory authorities.

All shipments leave our facility clearly labeled "For Laboratory Research Only — Not For Human Consumption." Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Refunds & Returns

Returns of opened, tampered, or compromised products are not accepted under any circumstances. Refunds are limited to verifiable cases of shipping damage, reported in writing to our support team within seven (7) business days of confirmed delivery and supported by photographic evidence.

Iron Ore is not liable for refunds or replacements where products are seized, rejected, or delayed by customs or shipping authorities, or where shipping information supplied by the Buyer was inaccurate.

7. Indemnification & Release

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iron Ore Peptides, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your purchase, possession, handling, or use of any product supplied by Iron Ore.

You further waive, release, and discharge Iron Ore from any present or future claims, actions, or demands of any kind, whether known or unknown, that you may have arising from your relationship with us. This indemnification shall survive any termination of that relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Ore's total liability to you, whether arising in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total purchase price actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Iron Ore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, fulfillment, fraud prevention, and authorized communications you have opted into. We do not sell your personal data, and we safeguard it against unauthorized access using industry-standard practices. We will only disclose information where required by law or where necessary to fulfill an order.

10. Acknowledgment at Checkout

Before completing checkout, you must affirm: "I confirm I am purchasing these products exclusively for laboratory research purposes and agree to the Iron Ore Peptides Terms & Conditions and Legal Disclaimer." Submission of an order constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State in which Iron Ore Peptides is principally domiciled, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie with the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

12. Modifications

Iron Ore reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that governs that transaction. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the site or placement of subsequent orders constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
